HOME TO THE MARIST ALBION POWER

Our Women Taking the Game Forward.

Marist Albion is passionate about developing women’s rugby at every level, from our Premier Women’s side through to our Senior Girls team, affectionately known as the MAMS. Both teams are an integral part of the club’s success on and off the field, and we are committed to providing a supportive environment for new players, helping build skills, fitness, confidence and a lifelong love of the game.

The Premier Women generally play on Saturday afternoons (1.00pm or 2.45pm), while the MAMS, who compete in the CRFU Metro competition, train on Thursday afternoons with games played on Saturday mornings from May through August.

With a proud history of participation and success, including the MAMS’ unbeaten 2022 season and 2023 Div 1 runners-up, we welcome all women and girls to join us. Whether you are looking to play competitive rugby or simply enjoy the fun, friendships, and fresh Canterbury air, Marist Albion is here to support your journey.

It’s never too late to get started, and anyone interested is warmly encouraged to email us for more information.
