All our Mens Teams are playing away this weekend with the Premier Double Header at Burwood Park vs Shirley. The U16 Girls have an early game at Edgar MacIntosh which will no doubt inspire the young girls in the Junior Club running around and show the start of the player pathway to senior rugby. Please note that the Clubrooms will be CLOSED this Saturday night. If you cannot make it sideline this Saturday to support your preferred team the Premier One vs Shirley game will be live streamed at:

Junior Marist Albion Committee Members Wanted!
The Marist Albion Junior Club are always looking to grow our Junior Committee and would like to invite anyone interested to join us for the remainder of the 2020 season and beyond.
We currently have a very dedicated and active Junior Committee, consisting of 5 hard-working members, who give their time to assist in the running of our club, and to provide a great playing and coaching environment.
We NEED to expand our team with fresh faces and new ideas. Being involved in the committee does not have to be a big commitment, as roles and tasks are shared among the team. This is your opportunity to get involved, and to have an input into the way our Junior Rugby is delivered.

Message from the Executive
How good is club rugby !
I think you would have to travel a long way to see club rugby played better than in the Canterbury Metro competition and to see our Premier 1 team within striking distance of the competition front runners, shows the hard work the team, coaches, managers and especially the rugby operations group have done in the last 3 years to create a successful culture.
Our clubs small group of volunteers do so much work and put a lot of time into the club for all our members, supporters and sponsors to ensure an enjoyable experience at Marist Albion is had by all. The work is now paying off with good playing numbers across all afternoon Rugby and a strong group of Juniors and a well functioning Junior committee.
Our Premier Colts, Premeir Reserve and Beacons teams have full squads, the club continues to get strong support from sponsors and friends of the club to ensure we will succeed both on and off the paddock. We are in a really good place and would like to take this opportunity to say a big thanks to all those that have got around the club since the restart and wish all teams success as we progress through the season.
